Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. If you require a VAT invoice, please contact us quoting your order number.
We accept all major debit & credit cards
Order Status
Upon placing the order and making payment, your order will be sent to our warehouse for processing. At this stage the order is classed 'Awaiting Processing'.
When we've packed the order and handed it over to the courier, we will set the order status at 'Dispatched' and you will get an email to confirm this.
If the order is for collection, we will set the status as 'Ready for pick up' and you will get an email to confirm this.
Vouchers
If you have a voucher then please type in the code when you checkout. Please note that vouchers cannot be used on products already discounted.

Collect Option at Checkout.
If you would prefer to collect your order, please select that option at check-out. We need 24 hours to process and prepare your order and we will send you an email to let you know that it is ready for collection. Collection can only be done during opening hours. Please bring a copy of your order (a print-out or a copy of the email on your phone will do) as well as some form of photo ID.
Changes or cancellations
If you are able to get in touch with us before we start processing the order, we may be able to facilitate a cancellation request , but in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you will need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted items, bearing in mind the exclusions as stated.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders.
If your order has not arrived within the expected time period, is incomplete or damaged then please email using the form on our Contact Page quoting, the order number and an explanation of the problem. We will do everything reasonably possible to help resolve the issue. Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders if you do not let us know within 14 days of placing the order.
Items out of stock
We work very hard to ensure the correct stock holding is shown against each item. If, however, a mistake occurs and we cannot fulfil your order from stock we will notify you immediately by telephone or email. In most cases we will be able to back order the item for you or you have the option to cancel if you would prefer not to wait.
