All orders received by 2pm on Monday to Friday will be packaged and posted the following day. Orders received on a Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the following Monday (not including Bank Holidays). If we have any problems with your order we will contact you using the email address or phone number left with the order.
Delivery costs are automatically calculated during checkout as follows:
Isle of Wight Delivery
Isle of Wight customers can choose this option at check-out. For orders received before 2pm we deliver:
- Newport: Same day Monday - Saturday
- Rest of Island: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Orders over £20.00: FREE - Under £20: £3.00
Rest of UK Delivery
For rest of the UK, orders received before 2pm are dispatched using Royal Mail or an alternative carrier and are dispatched that day (Monday - Saturday, excl Bank Holidays).
- Orders under £75.00: £3.50
- Orders over £75.00: FREE
Collection
Island residents are also welcome to collect their order during opening hours. Orders received before 2pm may be able to be collected the same day but please wait for the confirmation email to say your order is ready. Please bring a copy of the email (a print-out displayed on your phone is fine) together with photographic proof of identity.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it to us and we will refund the cost, less any postage costs incurred.
Pre-cuts, Kits and Patterns should be complete, unopened and in the original packaging, where applicable. It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a saleable condition.
Custom cut lengths of fabric, foam or wadding from the bolt cannot be returned, unless faulty. In the event of your products being faulty, please contact us in the first instance before arranging a return.
Please return the goods to us at the address below and within 7 days of receipt with a completed returns form (download your copy below)
We recommend that you send your parcel recorded delivery as we can't be held responsible for parcels that go missing or are damaged in transit. You refund will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.

Faulty items
We carefully check all items during processing and packing and we make every effort to ensure your order is received
We carefully check and pack all orders to ensure they are received in perfect condition. However, we will provide a full refund, including postage if an order is found to be faulty. Please contact us in the first instance if this applies.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
