For Isle of Wight customers:

• Newport - we deliver daily Mon-Sat, same day of order received before 2pm
• Rest of the Island - we deliver Mon, Wed & Fri.

Rest of the UK - We aim to have your order with you in 2-5 working days, we post orders using Royal Mail.

After placing your order there is a small window before the fabric is cut or items are dispatched in which it can be cancelled, we recommend you call us as soon as possible on 01983 526104 

We want you to be delighted with your order, but but if not, we are able to accept returns subject to a few conditions. Please read our Delivery & Returns Policy for all the details 

If your item is faulty - please accept our apologies. Please contact us in the first instance to report the fault and arrange the return at which point we can advise you how to proceed.

Please note- fabrics which are woven from natural fibres have characteristics and other irregularities in yarns which are features and not therefore treated as weaving faults.

All fabrics are sent folded, occasionally if the order is large it will be sent in two packages. If you require it on a roll, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Yes, the majority of orders are sent as one continuous length, on very rare occasions if we need to send it in two lengths, we will call or send you an email before sending the order out, to check this is ok.

Most of our photos are taken by ourselves and while we try our absolute best to ensure an accurate representation of the fabric, unfortunately the actual colour may vary slightly due to differences in lighting or monitor calibration. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour.

Please note the colours may vary slightly when ordered at different times as each roll batch can be marginally different.
